I developed Epilepsy in my late 20's when I was working hard as a CAD Operator and taking care of my Father when he had cancer. I went to several Neurologists who couldn't find any type of prescription to help. Then I went to see an Epileptologist at Rush University and after the tests I received the RNS Implant from Neuropace. The data alone showed my epileptologist that my seizures were jumping from the left to right side of my hippocampus and they were able to remove the scar tissue that was allowing this to happen during the first battery change surgery they did for me. Now I'm still having some seizures, but nowhere near as many.
