Real Talk: Navigating College with Epilepsy is a student-focused guide designed to support young adults living with epilepsy as they transition to campus life.

Developed by Epilepsy Alliance America in collaboration with Paul’s Purple Warriors and Seizure Prepared U, this resource covers SUDEP risk reduction, mental health, seizure safety planning, and essential conversations with roommates, campus staff, and healthcare providers.

With practical tips, dorm safety checklists, and tools for self-advocacy, it empowers students to stay safe, informed, and connected throughout their college journey.
