Lauren Chamberlain Morris, DO

Lauren Chamberlain Morris, DO is a pediatric neurologist at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and an Assistant Professor at Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed her child neurology training at Duke University and went on to pursue fellowship training in epilepsy at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. Morris specializes in pediatric epilepsy, with a particular focus on children with refractory epilepsy. In addition to her clinical work, she is deeply committed to improving access to neurological care for underserved populations. She has a strong interest in patient and family education, with an emphasis on empowering caregivers through clear, practical seizure education.

Beyond the clinical setting, Dr. Morris is passionate about advocacy and community engagement. She actively develops programs to increase awareness and support for children with epilepsy, including organizing community-focused events such as the now annual Epilepsy Awareness Day at her institution.

Dr. Morris joined the National Professional Advisory Committee in January, 2026.
