What does your best tomorrow look like?
- Maybe it's a tomorrow where you feel more confident managing your epilepsy.
- Maybe it's knowing the people around you understand what to do if you have a seizure.
- Maybe it's finding a healthcare provider who listens, connecting with someone who truly understands what you're going through, feeling safer at home or school,
- Maybe it's finally getting answers to questions you've been carrying for a long time.
Your best tomorrow is personal. Whatever it looks like for you, you can take a step toward it today.
Connection
Our member organizations provide connection points for people with epilepsy and their care partners so that they know they are not along.
The member organizations in our networks connect with each other, sharing tools, resources and information. Connecting with each other they are building capacity in their organizations to provide better support to their constituents.
Support
No one should face epilepsy alone. Through support groups, family outreach, and community programs, our network offers comfort, understanding, and hope.
Every day, organizations in the Epilepsy Alliance America network are connecting people with the care and compassion they deserve.
Seizure Safety
Through Seizure Response Training, Seizure Action Plans, Seizure Safety Tips we are SHARING SOLUTIONS for people with epilepsy and those who care for them.
Scholarships
We’re proud to help students with epilepsy and seizure disorders walk confidently through them. The Lorna Myers PNES Scholarship Fund provides financial support to students with Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures (PNES), helping them pursue higher education and honoring their resilience and determination. Many of our member organizations also offer scholarship programs, expanding opportunities for students impacted by seizures across the country to thrive and achieve their goals. Together, we’re sharing solutions that empower students to learn, grow, and succeed.
Education
Knowledge saves lives. Through Seizure Recognition and Response trainings, Epilepsy Alliance America and its member organizations provide school staff, law enforcement, and community groups with the tools to recognize seizures and respond with care and confidence.
Through information and Referrals we are providing education to patients and families so they can make the informed decisions about their epilepsy treatment.
Advocacy
Our National and state-wide advocacy efforts are all aimed at SHARING SOLUTIONS for people with epilepsy across the country – no matter where they live. Across the country, our member organizations are working to shape policies, protect rights, and ensure that people living with epilepsy are heard, included, and protected - from the classroom to the workplace to the halls of Congress.
