Seizure Management for People with Active Epilepsy

Self-Management isn’t something you have to do alone – join others to learn how social networks and friends can help you manage the challenges of your care and living with a chronic condition.
SMART is a free, online program for adults who live with epilepsy (18 years of age or older with active epilepsy). All sessions will be held in small groups via Zoom.
A Nurse and Peer Educator will work with each SMART group to facilitate the sessions online. Each online session will last approximately one hour.
The next SMART group will meet every Wednesday at 6:00PM for 8 weeks starting April 2, 2025 and running through May 21, 2025.
We ask that those participating make an effort to make it to all 8 sessions.
