Epilepsy Alliance America is a proud National Partner of the first-ever Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disney World which will be held in April, 2026.

Epilepsy Alliance America will be providing three (3) Travel Stipend Scholarships, up to $2,000 each, to families to help defray the costs of attending this event.

Applications are due to Epilepsy Alliance America by January 31, 2026 and those selected will be notified via email by February 15, 2026.
Please note, funding is in the form of reimbursement.

About the Application Process

If you are selected you must complete and sign an agreement with Epilepsy Alliance America. Futher expense report instructions will be provided.

What is reimbursable?
Grants will be awarded to reimburse travel related expenses up to a maximum of $2,000, including your Disney World ticket(s). Reimbursable travel expenses include airfare, accommodations, car rental/ride share/taxi, fuel, parking and meals. For expenses to be reimbursed, they must be substantiated. Accommodations reimbursement (hotel, air BnB) may only include the NIGHTS of April 24, April, 25 and April 26, 2026.

All submitted receipts must be related to your Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disney World travel and must be dated.

You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements and covering all upfront costs. Reimbursement will not be issued until May, 2026.
