Landon’s Legacy Foundation joins Epilepsy Alliance America

Epilepsy Alliance America Welcomes Landon’s Legacy Foundation as its nineteenth Member Organization.
Epilepsy Alliance America is proud to welcome Landon’s Legacy Foundation, based in Arizona, as its nineteenth member organization, further expanding Epilepsy Alliance America’s national network of community-based organizations dedicated to supporting people impacted by epilepsy and seizures. Landon’s Legacy Foundation was approved for membership by the Epilepsy Alliance America Board of Directors in February 2026, strengthening the organization’s geographic reach and ensuring representation in a region previously unserved by a member organization.
Founded in 2023, Landon’s Legacy Foundation was established in honor of Landon D’Aprile, whose life and experience with a rare form of epilepsy continue to inspire the organization’s mission. The foundation is dedicated to creating a world where individuals with disabilities and rare diseases can thrive through education, advocacy, and community-based support.
The organization focuses on building inclusive and informed communities by providing seizure response and safety training, promoting accessible spaces, and connecting families to local resources and support. Through collaboration and outreach, Landon’s Legacy Foundation works to increase awareness, improve safety, and amplify the voices of people living with epilepsy and other rare conditions.
“Welcoming Landon’s Legacy Foundation into Epilepsy Alliance America reflects our continued commitment to growing a strong, diverse, and collaborative national network,” said Lisa Gallipoli, Executive Director of Epilepsy Alliance America. “Their leadership, community focus, and passion for epilepsy education and safety will strengthen our shared work and expand our impact—particularly in Arizona.”
As a member organization, Landon’s Legacy Foundation will collaborate with other Epilepsy Alliance America members to share resources, participate in national awareness and advocacy initiatives, and contribute to collective efforts that improve the lives of people affected by epilepsy across the country.
