Seizure Recognition & Response Training for

Law Enforcement

We are excited to launch our Seizure Recognition & Response Training for Law Enforcement Professionals training. This training is designed to provide officers with a solid understanding of epilepsy, different types of seizures, and how seizures can affect one's behavior or communication. The training includes real-world examples and guidance on how to tell when behavior may be seizure-related so that officers can respond with the right approach. We encourage you to watch the video above and share with others!

A graphic encouraging readers to take action to preserve ACA tax credits

Access to affordable healthcare is a cornerstone of equity - and for people with epilepsy, it’s a lifeline. The enhanced ACA tax credits have helped millions maintain coverage, but they’re set to expire in 2025 unless Congress intervenes.

Epilepsy Alliance America is mobilizing advocates to ensure these supports continue.
