The mission of Dravet Syndrome Foundation (DSF) is to aggressively raise funds for Dravet syndrome and related epilepsies; to support and fund research; increase awareness; and to provide support to affected individuals and families. One of the ways that DSF supports families is by running an international support group as well as regional groups, and a group for caregivers of adults. You can participate by joining their DSF Family Network. The member organizations of Epilepsy Alliance America are excited to welcome DSF to our network and to partner with them in serving their constituents affected by Dravet syndrome.
Epilepsy Services Foundation (ESF) has been providing services for people with epilepsy in the Tampa Bay (Florida) community for 50 years. ESF provides local connection opportunities for parents and caregivers including meet and greets, support groups, and a family retreat. They provide scholarships for kids with epilepsy to attend Camp Boggy Creek, college scholarships for students affected by epilepsy to pursue a college degree and medical scholarships for persons pursuing the field of neurology. Learn more about their programs and services here.
