DESCRIPTION:CARE for Caregivers\nSupport for those who provide care to people with epilepsy \nCaring for someone who is living with epilepsy can be challenging.\nWatch and hear from Marc Palmieri\, a masterful storyteller\, but most importantly\, the parent of a child with epilepsy. \n \nAbout She Danced with Lightning: \n“Marc Palmieri is a masterful storyteller. She Danced with Lightning is a beautifully rendered memoir of a young family in crisis and a marriage challenged on the path to healing. When Anna\, Marc and Kristen’s infant\, experiences seizures\, the family embarks on a medical and emotional  odyssey that will require a steadfast love and determination to cope with all that lies ahead.  A resplendent story filled with hope. Brava.”\n-Adriana Trigiani\, bestselling author of The Good Left Undone \n“An earnest and personal perspective on one family’s medical struggles…Palmieri writes well\, using vivid sensory descriptors to immerse readers…He also logically weaves in his own personal story into the narrative…he honestly tells of trying to find himself while also being a caring father.”\n– Kirkus Reviews \n \nThis production of this webinar is made possible through the financial support of Jazz Pharmaceuticals.\nPlease note that the content of the presentation is solely at the discretion of Marc Palmieri and Epilepsy Alliance America.
