You and your family members will have direct access to hundreds of health care providers from epilepsy centers across the country as well as vendors from pharmaceutical companies\, non-profit organizations\, hospitals and devices. \nIndividuals who want to attend Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland Resort on Wednesday need to purchase tickets for the Disneyland Park (a small discount is provided through the registration process). \nThere are additional costs related to travel\, parking\, accommodations and refreshments for attendees. \nAPPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP TO ATTEND via EPILEPSY ALLIANCE AMERICA.  Deadline is June 20\, 2025.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Family Dance Party at Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland! See below for more info. \nADMISSION \nIn order to register for the Family Dance Party\, you must be registered for the Education Expo. You will need your Registration Verification Code in order to sign up for tickets to the Dance Party. If you have not registered for the Education Expo\, please do so that this link: \nhttps://www.ticketsignup.io/TicketEvent/EADDL2025 \nOnce you have done so\, you will receive an email with a QR code and the verification code will be underneath that. It is a mix of numbers\, letters\, and special characters. \nWHAT TO WEAR (IN ADDITION TO YOUR DANCING SHOES!)\nGet in the Disney spirit with us! We encourage you to bring your favorite Disney attire and wear it to the event! Disney costumes are allowed for children under 14. Adults are encouraged to wear their favorite Disney attire or outfits inspired by their favorite character.  We will have props and accessories available for those who want them!  We will have tiaras for our future princesses;  capes for our superheroes in-training\, and other fun accessories for both kids and the young-at-heart adults! Please avoid bringing any accessories with flashing or blinking lights. \nWhatever you decide to wear\, make sure you will be comfortable wearing it on the Dance Floor! \nFor more information about what Disney attire is allowed at Disneyland and on the property of the Disneyland hotel\, check here. \nREFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED\nA limited selection of food and beverages will be available. If you have dietary concerns\, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages with you. \nSOUVENIR PHOTOGRAPHS\nWe will have a photo booth again.  Individuals and families can have their photos taken by professional photographer\, Brian Kramer\, and leave with a PRINTOUT of their photo to remember the Dance Party. \nACCESSIBILITY\nThe Dance Party is accessible for those who use wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Service dogs are permitted. \nSEIZURE SAFETY\nRemember to bring your your medications with you to the event\, including any rescue medications. Don’t leave them back in the hotel room!
