Epilepsy Alliance America is a proud member of the International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE).

On behalf of the International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE), Epilepsy Alliance America encourages you to participate in the Global Epilepsy Needs Study (GENS), a groundbreaking research study aimed at understanding and addressing the diverse needs of individuals living with epilepsy and their caregivers worldwide.

Your participation in this study is invaluable and will make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with epilepsy worldwide.

Together, we can drive meaningful change and ensure that everyone affected by epilepsy receives the support and resources they need.

What is GENS and why is it important?

The International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE) is starting a new research study: The Global Epilepsy Needs Study (GENS).  IBE and our members (national epilepsy support groups) want to better understand the needs of people with epilepsy. GENS will help us to do this. At the end of the study, IBE and its members will be able to share the needs of people with epilepsy across the world. IBE hopes this will lead to improved support and services. A patient research company called MediPaCe is working with IBE to run this study.
